You represent and warrant that the posting and use of your Photos, including to the extent such Photos include your name, username, likeness, voice, or photograph, does not violate, misappropriate or infringe on the rights of any third party, including, without limitation, privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, trademark and other intellectual property rights. By agreeing as our "Talent",  you hereby grant and will grant Beaubit and its affiliated companies, successors and assigns a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid up, transferable, sub-licensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to reproduce, adapt, publish, create derivative works from, copy, display, upload, publicly perform, distribute, store, modify and otherwise use your User Content and any name, username, likeness, voice or photograph provided in connection with your User Content, without compensation to you, in connection with the operation of the Site or the promotion, advertising or marketing of the Services, in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, and including after your termination of your Account or the Services. For clarity, the foregoing license does not affect your other ownership or license rights in your User Content, including the right to grant additional licenses to your User Content, unless otherwise agreed in writing.     The currency reflected on-site is in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We accept payments worldwide with all major credit cards in all currencies.

    BEAUBIT works with a global database of industry experts for beauty advice on ingredients, articles, reviews of products and product curation. We also have on-demand skin experts to recommend products and articles based on your skin type/concerns.
  • What is the Credible Beauty Promise

  • What are your delivery options and how much is shipping? 

    We ship internationally from our headquarters in Singapore.  For local orders, we offer Express Delivery (2-5 Days) for SGD5.00 flat. Complimentary on all orders above SGD60. We ship to all other countries in Asia and Oceania (Australia/New Zealand) via J&T Express. All other international destinations including the United States of America (USA), the United Kingdom (UK) and Europe via DHL Express. Flat-rate shipping is reflected at checkout. Uncollected parcels will be returned to BEAUBIT and redelivery is chargeable.
  • Are your products authentic?

    Yes. All our products are 100% authentic. We work directly with brands and direct authorized distributors to ensure all products are authentic. No parallel importers, no resellers, and no counterfeit products. Batch code is printed on all the products which you can verify online.
  • Can I get an ingredient list for a product?

    The full ingredient list for each product can be found on individual product listings.
  • Do you offer product samples?

    We offer product samples for selected products only. Email support@beaubit.co to request.
  • Do I earn points from reviewing products?

    Yes, complete a review to get SGD1 off your next order!
  • How do I write a good review?

    You’ll need to be logged into your account. Review should be about your honest experience with the product, both negative or positive. Kindly refrain from using profanities and discriminatory language. Our BEAUBIT community relies on reviews to help make decisions.
  • Why was my review rejected? 

    Reviews about the shopping experience and not products will be rejected. Reviews containing profanities and discriminatory language will also be rejected.
  • Where is my order?

    Kindly log into your account and view order status. You may log in to your account on our website, click on My Account to check the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via email, and will also be displayed on your account page. You may use the tracking number to track the delivery status of your parcel on our respective delivery partners' websites. Are you wondering why your order is not with you? Confused by the order status? Don’t worry, we are here to help you find why. Order Status Descriptions: 1. Processing Order: We got your order! We’re processing it and your order will be dispatched within the same day. 2. On Hold:  Your packages have been dispatched to our trusted carriers. The tracking details will be sent to your email. Kindly get in touch if you do not receive a tracking email. Your order will be delivered within 2-5 business days.  Your package may also be 'on hold' if you've ordered a pre-ordered item or a product from our BEAUBIT fresh category. Upon dispatch, you will be notified of the full tracking details. 3. Completed What if your status is showing as completed and there's no package? The first thing to do is contact the carrier (J&T / Ninjavan / DHL) to find out if they have more information about the details of this delivery. Otherwise, get in touch with our customer care team at support@beaubit.co 4. Canceled: If your order is showing as canceled and you are unsure as to why, please check the email associated with your BEAUBIT account. When orders are canceled, we send emails informing customers why this happened. Be sure to check your Spam/Filter list as emails can sometimes be caught here.   • My order is damaged! 

    Email our Customer Care Team support@beaubit.co with your order number, name of item and reason.
  • Help! Allergic Reaction!

    If you’ve experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team support@beaubit.co. In your message to our Customer Care Team, please include:
    • Order number
    • Name of product
    • Full symptoms experienced, including photos (affected areas and any details, if possible)
    We encourage all customers to review all ingredients of products.
  • Can I cancel my order?

    We apologize but due to the high volume of orders and an express processing time, we are not able to amend or cancel an order once it has successfully gone through. We are happy to provide returns and exchanges! All products purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns unless specifically mentioned. Refunds will be in the form of store credit, which will be credited to your account within 5 business days from the time we receive the item/s. Please ensure you have signed up for an account with us in order to receive the store credit. The store credit will be valid online, for a period of 1 year from the date of issue. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns Drop us an email at support@beaubit.co with your order number and the items to be returned. Your order receipt can be retrieved by logging into your account on our website. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with the refund process.   • How can I check the status of my order?

  • Can I redirect my parcel to a different address?

    Once your order has been made, we are not able to make any changes. 
  • Will my parcel be charged for import and custom taxes?

    As customs and import fees vary, we are unable to advise the amount payable for the parcel once it reaches your country. Please do check with your customs and import authority for more details. If you choose to reject the delivery of the order once it has reached the destination country, please do note that an admin charge will be levied on you. 
  • How can I check the number of B.CO points in my account?

    Let's walk you through the process! Simply login to your account and you will find your total balance under your username. To use your points for discounts on your order, click 'apply discount'. The discounts only apply when you have enough points for the minimum discount.
